Do you need large floors with extremely high tolerances, but have a tight schedule? Perfector’s unique combination of high-output Laser Screed® floor construction and the Laser Grinding system provides a fast-track and flawless solution. No other flooring contractor offers this complete and comprehensive service.
Superflat Fastrack Flooring with Laser Screed® & Laser Grinder®
Building floors to high tolerances can be a time-consuming process, but Perfector’s high-tolerance fastrack superflat Laser Screed® and Laser Grind solution removes flooring works from the critical path of your construction project. After the roof and walls are built, we can construct up to 1,500m² of FM2 ground-supported floor per day, significantly reducing the time required for large floor areas. Overhead services and racking can then be installed while aisles are ground to tolerance using our patented Laser Grinder® system. This cast-grind solution can save weeks off your building schedule.
Main Advantages of Laser Screed® Floor Construction:
High-quality, high-output technique allows for up to 2,000m² of floor to be constructed in a single day.
Laser-controlled accuracy throughout each pour reduces the need for extensive grinding if the floor is later converted for defined traffic use in narrow aisles.
Floor areas of up to 2,000m² can be constructed using "joint-less" steel fibre reinforcement.
Surface finishes can be applied during the construction phase using an additional topping spreader to create a monolithic slab—often using dry-shake hardeners or coloured toppings.
As each section of the floor is completed and handed over, other trades can begin their work while the remainder of the floor is constructed.
Construction timelines are significantly reduced, allowing the client or end-user to take early occupation.
Benefits of Using the Laser Grinder® Process:
Up to 100 linear meters of narrow aisles can be upgraded to superflat tolerances in a single day.
If a good general standard floor has been installed by the Laser Screed® contractor, the Laser Grinder® can target isolated sections of the narrow aisles.
Both left and right load wheel tracks are upgraded simultaneously, or the entire aisle width can be treated.
Grinding can be performed before, during, or after racking installation without affecting the critical path of the construction schedule.
The grinding process is dust-free and does not interfere with other trades operating in adjacent aisles.
Construction schedules are significantly reduced, allowing for early occupation.
Perfector’s fastrack superflat flooring solution, combining Laser Screed® and Laser Grinder® technology, ensures the highest quality floors with efficient and precise execution, providing a competitive edge in construction timelines.
