Total Grinding Flexibility to Suit Any VNA Truck

Perfector’s Laser Grinder® and Laser Grinder® XPT offer unparalleled adaptability, allowing us to grind floors in various formats to accommodate all types of VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) forklift trucks and material handling equipment (MHE). This flexibility enables us to grind defined individual wheel tracks for 3 or 4-wheeled VNA trucks, or we can grind the entire aisle width to cater to multiple potential wheel tracks.

Whole Aisle Grinding

Perfector’s innovative Laser Grinder® process allows for grinding the entire usable width of a narrow aisle. By making 3 or more passes along an aisle, we create a single, continuous path that meets the flatness specifications across all potential wheel tracks, ensuring smooth operations.

Wheel Track Grinding

The Laser Grinder® can easily be adapted to grind two or three wheel paths. The left and right tracks are ground simultaneously in one pass along the aisle, while the center track is ground to match the same profile in a second pass, ensuring a perfect alignment across all tracks.
